Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Note: Underwear is not eligible for exchange for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges are permitted only for products of the same value or higher. If you choose a product of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.

A new delivery fee will apply when processing an exchange.
