Payment Method

  • Online Payments: Due to the current situation, online payments have been temporarily suspended until further notice.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): You will pay only after receiving your order.

Exchange Policy

  • You may request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Note: Underwear is not eligible for exchange for hygiene reasons.
  • Exchanges are permitted only for products of the same value or higher. If you choose a product of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
  • A new delivery fee will apply when processing an exchange.
